Newly arrived into the Linburg fleet, just in time for the Easter ski tour departures, is this splendid Van Hool TX17 Astromega double-deck touring coach. With 74 reclining seats, footrests, seat-back tables, USB-charging, comprehensive entertainment system, washroom/WC, double glazed windows, central heating and air-conditioning and safety-features that include ASR, EBS & ABS braking systems, collision-avoidance and lane-departure warning, this is an ideal long-distance touring coach for the larger group. With super-clean Euro 6-class emissions, it’s equally at home in European cities such as Paris, Barcelona and London.

The addition of psvar-compliance means that when the need arises it can also be deployed on intercity express services and rail-replacement duties on heavily used corridors, where high passenger capacity is needed.
